The Shape Fitness Gym Flag brings the same horror × hypertrophy × menace identity off the Tee and onto the wall. It is a physical fabric flag, not a poster or a garment.

CARE
Machine wash in warm water with an all-purpose detergent. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid high heat to help preserve the fabric and print.

For printed garments: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the decoration. Product-specific care instructions, when provided, take precedence.
