I've been training since I was a teenager. Competed in strongman. Moved serious weight. Made every mistake there is to make — program hopping, inconsistent effort, chasing shortcuts that don't exist.
What actually worked was simple. Heavy compounds. Progressive overload. Showing up on the days you don't feel like it. I ran that system and built from 277 to 319 lbs.
