Why I Built
This.

I competed in strongman. I've run every type of program out there — powerlifting blocks, bodybuilding splits, bro-science routines. Most of them work until they don't. What actually works is progressive overload, smart volume, and showing up when you don't feel like it.

I used this exact hypertrophy system to go from 277 to 319 lbs in four months of hard bulking. Now I'm running the same fundamentals to cut back down — proving that the principles don't change, only the calories do.

I built Big Dawg because most online fitness guys are selling you an image. I'm selling you a system. What I post is what I do. What I sell is what I run. That's it.
