- Weekly check-ins are due Sundays. Missing them delays your adjustment — that's on you, not me.
- Messaging support is Mon–Fri within 24 hours. Weekends are not guaranteed.
- No macro coaching. I'll give you a protein target and calorie framework — that's where it stops.
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date. No hard feelings, no guilt trips.
- Results take time. If you show up and do the work, the plan will work. If you don't, no coach can fix that.
