HORROR × HYPERTROPHY

HORROR VILLAIN TRAINING ARCHIVES

Real gym programming built from horror-villain archetypes. Each training file starts with the character's on-screen physical presence, translates it into actual training demands, and ends with a workout you can run in a real gym. No fake canon. No cosplay circuits.

WHAT THESE ARE

HORROR IS THE ARCHETYPE. THE WORKOUT STILL HAS TO WORK.

Each file is an original TSF editorial training concept. We research the villain's established physical behavior and presentation, then translate those traits into defensible strength, hypertrophy or conditioning choices. The routines are not official franchise material and do not pretend fictional characters have real training plans. Experienced lifters can run the full file as written; newer lifters get plain-language terminology, equipment swaps and a SCALE THE FILE path so the page can be a real first workout instead of a wall of gym jargon.

ARCHIVE FAQ

BEFORE YOU OPEN A FILE.

Are these official horror-franchise workouts?

No. They are independent TSF editorial training concepts inspired by the characters' on-screen archetypes. The franchises and rights holders do not endorse, sponsor or license them.

Are the workouts real training programs?

They are real standalone sessions with normal exercises, sets, reps, rest periods and scaling guidance. They are not fictional canon and they are not a replacement for a long-term progression plan.

Do I need advanced equipment?

Most files are written for a commercial gym and include practical substitutions when a specific machine or tool is unavailable.
