HALLOWEEN 2026 GIVEAWAY #01 OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
These Official Rules govern The Shape Fitness Co. Halloween 2026 Giveaway #01 (the “Giveaway”). By submitting an entry, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by The Shape Fitness Co., 3370 N Hayden Rd, Ste 123-131, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 (the “Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry. Employees, owners, contractors directly involved in administering the Giveaway, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway is currently in Coming Soon status and is not yet accepting entries. Before the Giveaway opens, Sponsor will update this section with the exact opening date and time and the exact closing date and time. Only entries received during the final stated promotion period (the “Promotion Period”) will be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two equal methods of entry. A purchase is not required under either method. Limit one (1) valid entry per person across all methods.
A. PRIMARY ENTRY METHOD
During the Promotion Period, complete all of the following:
- Like the official TSF Halloween 2026 Giveaway #01 Instagram post.
- Follow @theshapefitnessco on Instagram.
- Tag one training partner in the comments of the official Giveaway #01 Instagram post.
- Complete and submit the primary entry form on the official Giveaway page, including a valid email address and Instagram handle.
- Confirm acceptance of these Official Rules and eligibility requirements.
- Consent to join The Pack and receive TSF email marketing through the primary entry form.
Primary-route entries are not complete until the form is successfully submitted. If selected, a primary-route entrant must still satisfy the required Instagram actions at the time Sponsor verifies eligibility. Marketing consent may be withdrawn later by using the unsubscribe mechanism in TSF email messages without invalidating an otherwise valid entry.
B. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter without joining The Pack or completing the Instagram actions, complete and submit the free Alternative Method of Entry form available on the official Giveaway page during the Promotion Period. The Alternative Method of Entry requires the entrant’s first name, last name, valid email address, state of residence, age-of-majority confirmation, and acceptance of these Official Rules.
The Alternative Method of Entry does not require a purchase, Pack membership, marketing consent, Instagram follow, like, comment, or tag. An eligible Alternative Method of Entry submission receives the same chance of winning as an eligible primary-route submission.
5. ENTRY LIMIT AND VALIDITY
Limit one (1) valid entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Additional or duplicate submissions do not increase the entrant’s odds and may be consolidated by Sponsor. Entries generated by automated means, scripts, bots, macros, or other fraudulent methods are void. Sponsor may require reasonable information necessary to verify identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive the TSF Mauler Halloween 2026 Prize Package, consisting of:
- One (1) Mauler Halloween 2026 Tee in the winner’s selected eligible size;
- One (1) TSF All-Over Print Flag; and
- One (1) TSF 5-Sticker Pack.
The approximate retail value of the prize is up to $127.97, depending on the apparel size selected. The Mauler Tee retail value varies by eligible size from $39.99 to $47.99, the TSF All-Over Print Flag retail value is $44.99, and the TSF 5-Sticker Pack retail value is $34.99.
If the winner’s selected eligible Mauler Tee size is not on hand, Sponsor will order that size rather than substitute a different size. No cash redemption or cash alternative is available. If another prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater approximate retail value. No purchase or payment is required to claim the prize.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION
After the Promotion Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received through both entry methods. Each valid entry has equal weight in the random drawing.
The potential winner is subject to verification before the prize is awarded. For a primary-route entry, Sponsor may verify the required Instagram follow, like, and tag actions. For all entry methods, Sponsor may verify residency, age, identity, compliance with the one-entry limit, and compliance with these Official Rules.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with the entry and must respond and complete any reasonable verification requested by Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, declines the prize, fails to respond within the stated period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND TAXES
The prize is non-transferable before award except at Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations that may apply to acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor may require the winner to provide information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment or legally required tax reporting. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s inability to accept or use the prize.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain more than one entry, provides false information, interferes with the administration of the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive manner.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, platform outage, force majeure, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected event. Sponsor will not use this provision to change the Giveaway merely to avoid awarding the advertised prize.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent caused by a party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be waived.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or technically failed entries caused by network, platform, browser, device, hosting, internet, email, or third-party service failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
12. PRIVACY AND MARKETING
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill the prize, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and comply with applicable law.
Entrants using the primary entry method who affirmatively consent to join The Pack may receive marketing emails from The Shape Fitness Co. and may unsubscribe at any time. Information submitted through the Alternative Method of Entry is used for Giveaway administration and is not added to TSF marketing solely because the entrant used that method.
13. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, the confirmed winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, and may use a winner-submitted image or likeness in connection with announcing or documenting the Giveaway without additional compensation, subject to any additional consent required by applicable law.
14. INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK / META DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or the award of the prize and release those platforms from claims arising from the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute is not otherwise resolved informally and applicable law permits, any legal proceeding relating to the Giveaway will be brought in a state or federal court located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
16. WINNER INFORMATION AND QUESTIONS
After a winner has been verified and the prize has been awarded, Sponsor may announce the winner through TSF channels. Questions regarding the Giveaway or these Official Rules may be sent in writing to:
